Making a booking couldn’t be easier – I use an online booking system to generate invoices, contracts and receipts, and payments can be processed using BACS /bank transfer. Other payment options are available, please ask.
A £100 to £150 deposit is required to secure a booking (depending on the full fee), which will be invoiced and a contract will be emailed to you. Once you have read it through and are happy, you can then sign it digitally, online, with a link that will be emailed to you. If you would prefer to do it all by the old fashioned postal method, that is also fine.
The final balance is payable two weeks before the date of the engagement. FULL documentation (e.g. invoices, receipts) are provided for each stage of payment, giving you piece of mind at all times.
If you know you definitely want to book, but are unsure of the exact format of the day (e.g. timings, music you require) this is no problem. The initial payment is just to secure the day – you can make as many changes as you like (within reason, of course!!) to timings etc, provided I am kept in the loop at all times. Similarly, if you aren’t sure whether you want/need to hire the Grand Piano Shell when you make the booking, this can be added on at a later date.
